Every pathway is monitored through Hapio Assure, the quality assurance portal behind our Best Practice Model, QA Accreditation and Safe Provision QA.
Best Practice Review, standalone
Purchased on its own, through the subscription model or as a one-off.

Best Practice Model, then progression
The same start as Pathway 1, then progression through the full quality journey.

Standalone Quality Assurance Accreditation
For organisations that do not want the full Best Practice Review, which takes longer.

Standalone Health and Safety Accreditation
The same structure as Pathway 3, focused on health and safety.

Quality assurance portal
Visit Hapio Assure Everything runs through Hapio Assure.
The Best Practice Model, Quality Assurance Accreditation and Safe Provision QA are all monitored through Hapio Assure. Providers are onboarded as soon as their review starts, so quality is tracked across the whole academic year rather than at a single point in time.

We publish what everything costs and exactly what is included in the subscription model. All prices are VAT inclusive. Provisions Plus+ is VAT registered from 1 September 2026.
